Ultrabet accepts deposits in Bangladesh via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, and other payment methods. The following rules apply to all deposits:

Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Once a deposit is successful, the amount is automatically credited to your account balance.

• Rollover Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10× rollover means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered.
• Validity: Every bonus has a validity period — typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Eligible Games: Not all bonuses apply to all games. Eligible games are listed in the respective offer details.
• Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.

Ultrabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Ultrabet. Each sport may have its own specific rules — separate guidelines apply for Live Betting, Sports Betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Ultrabet's established policy.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Ultrabet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

In Sports Betting, if your internet connection drops during a live bet, the last confirmed bet will remain valid. If you attempt to place a bet that exceeds the match limit, the maximum amount within the limit will be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ultrabet. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Betting structured specifically to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Collusion: Attempting to manipulate outcomes by colluding with other players.
• System Exploit Use: Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal funds of illegal origin.
• False Information: Using forged or false documents during registration or the KYC process.

Ultrabet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to provide the requested documents.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• When directed by legal or regulatory authorities.
• For self-exclusion requested by the user.

If an account is suspended, any valid cash balance will be returned after the investigation is complete. Bonus balances are non-refundable if the account is terminated due to a breach of terms.
